Policies

Refund policy

Hotspot vouchers are digital and delivered as a code right after payment, so we do not refund a voucher once it has been delivered. If your payment was taken but you did not receive a voucher code, contact us with the time of payment and your mobile number, and we will either send you the voucher or refund the payment. Fiber plan fees are billed monthly; ask us about cancellation and refunds before you subscribe.

Terms of service

  • Fiber plans are billed monthly. Speeds are the plan speeds of the connection we provide, and actual speeds can vary with the number of devices, your home WiFi, and network conditions.
  • Hotspot vouchers are for one person's use and the time on them starts when you sign in, as described on the voucher or sign-in page.
  • Do not use our network for anything unlawful or to disrupt other users. We may suspend access for misuse.
  • We may change plans and prices; changes apply to future billing and new vouchers.

Privacy

For the hotspot we process your device's network address, your voucher code, and, if you provide it at checkout, your mobile number. We use this only to deliver your voucher, keep sales records, and help with support. Online payments are processed by our payment provider, PayMongo; we do not see or store your card or e-wallet details. We do not sell your information. For fiber customers we keep the contact and address details needed to install and bill your service.
